Trial, billing, cancelling and refunds

What the free trial includes, how billing works, how to cancel, and when money comes back.

Trying Everpop

Starter and Pro start with a 14-day free trial — no card needed. Scale starts with a call.

Your first video is free — up to 3 clips, no card.

If you add a card during the trial, your plan starts when the trial ends. With no card on file, the trial simply ends and nothing is charged. We email you around four days before the trial ends and again at least a day before. One trial per person.

Plans and billing

  • Starter — $9/mo or $86/yr: 1 YouTube channel, up to 8 videos a month, 3 clips from every video.
  • Pro — $49/mo or $470/yr: 3 YouTube channels, up to 30 videos a month, up to 10 clips from every video.
  • Scale — from $149/mo, shaped on a call: 10 YouTube channels, up to 75 videos a month, up to 15 clips from every video.

Monthly and annual plans give the same allowance; annual is paid up front and costs less. Both renew automatically until you cancel. Your monthly videos reset on your billing day and don't roll over. Prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing page.

Cancelling

Cancel from Billing in your Studio, or from the cancel page without logging in. Your plan stays fully active until the end of the period you already paid for, there are no further charges, and we email you a confirmation. Cancelling during a trial means you won't be charged at all. Changed your mind? Resume from Billing before the period ends.

After your plan ends you keep your login, your Shorts, your receipts and your share links. Making new Shorts needs a plan again.

Refunds

Fees aren't refundable and partial periods aren't prorated, as section 4 of our Terms of Service sets out. The exception is your legal right to withdraw:

If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK and subscribe as a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing: email support@everpop.app from your account's address. You pay a proportionate amount for the time you had access and get the rest back within 14 days, and a withdrawal during a free trial costs nothing. How withdrawal works.

Deleting your account ends any plan immediately, and unused paid time is not refunded unless the law requires it.

A render that fails never uses a video from your allowance — see When a render fails.
