Privacy, data export and deletion
How to download your data, how to delete your account, and what happens to your Shorts.
Download your data
In Settings, under Privacy, download a machine-readable copy of your Everpop data — profile, channels, videos, clips, posts and receipts — as one JSON file. Secrets such as passwords and connection tokens are never included. Your clip videos aren't in the file; download them from your library.
For a full access request, email privacy@everpop.app.
Delete your account
- In Settings, choose "Delete my account".
- Type your email address to confirm.
- Enter the 6-digit code we email you (it expires in 10 minutes), then choose "Permanently delete".
Deleting your account deletes your videos, clips, posts, receipts and connected channels, and ends any plan immediately — unused paid time isn't refunded. It can't be undone. If a render is still running, wait for it to finish first.
Shorts already published to your own channels stay on those platforms; you can remove them in YouTube Studio, TikTok or Meta Business Suite. A short, specific list of records survives, mostly where the law or another person's records require it. You see that list as soon as the deletion completes, and the Privacy Policy explains each one.
How long we keep things
Your videos and clips are kept for as long as your account exists and are deleted with it. If you revoke Everpop's access in your Google account, we email you with a choice to keep your receipts; otherwise the YouTube data we stored is deleted 30 days after we notice. The Privacy Policy lists every retention period.
To have Instagram or Facebook data removed, use data deletion.
