Copyright & DMCA Policy
Last updated: June 24, 2026
Everpop, operated by Very - Fast Ltd. (Вери - Фаст ЕООД), EIK 206337186, respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. This policy explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright, how an affected user may respond, and the consequences for repeat infringement. It is intended to support our position as a hosting intermediary under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and, for users in the EU, under the EU Digital Services Act and the e-Commerce Directive's hosting provisions.
Everpop processes and publishes only the content its users instruct it to, and users represent and warrant that they hold the necessary rights (see our Terms of Service, § 5). We do not pre-screen user content for copyright, but we act on valid notices expeditiously.
1. Reporting alleged infringement (takedown notice)
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act for one) and believe content made available through the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Agent (below) that includes all of the following:
- a physical or electronic signature of the owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list, if multiple works);
- identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it — for Everpop, the specific clip URL, published post URL, or receipt page URL;
- your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Submitting a knowingly false or material misrepresentation may expose you to liability for damages (including costs and legal fees) under applicable law.
2. Our Designated Copyright Agent
Notices and counter-notices should be sent to:
Designated Copyright Agent
Very - Fast Ltd. (Вери - Фаст ЕООД), Attn: Copyright Agent
29 Georgi Benkovski Str., 3000 Vratsa, Bulgaria
Email: copyright@everpop.app
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed or disabled and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice to our Designated Agent that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
- your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts (for U.S. users, the federal district court for the district of your address, or — if outside the U.S. — a district in which Everpop may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.
Where the DMCA counter-notice procedure applies, we may restore the removed material in not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice, unless our Designated Agent first receives notice that the complaining party has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the activity.
4. Repeat-infringer policy
In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we will disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also remove content and terminate accounts for a single instance of clear infringement or other violation of our Terms.
5. EU users — notice and action
For users in the European Union, you may submit notices of allegedly illegal content (including copyright infringement) using the contact above. We will handle such notices in a timely, diligent, and non-arbitrary manner consistent with the EU Digital Services Act, and will inform the notifying party and the affected user of our decision and of available redress options where required.
6. Contact
General questions about this policy may be sent to support@everpop.app. Formal copyright notices must go to the Designated Agent in § 2.
