Receipts, not promises

Eligible YouTube Shorts come back with 48-hour and 7-day numbers from the YouTube Analytics API — views, average view percentage, subscribers gained — and, once your channel has measured history, the prediction Everpop recorded before publishing. On Pro and Scale, your Weekly Pop brings back the moments those receipts proved. The Weekly Pop is a best-of reel Everpop builds every Friday from your week's strongest clips and your channel's best-performing moments. It lands in your Library for you to review and never posts on its own.
How an episode gets in
Upload the file you already have.
Upload the episode, link a Drive folder, or deliver it through the API. Connect your YouTube channel and Everpop checks it for new uploads at least daily and emails you to upload the file — because Everpop never downloads your videos from YouTube, you hand it the same file you uploaded there.
Questions, answered
Does a two-hour episode count as one video?
Yes. Plans count source videos, not minutes. Any file up to 32 GB on Pro is one video off your monthly allowance.
Which files work?
The video export of your episode — MP4, MOV, WEBM, MKV or M4V, up to 32 GB on Pro. Audio-only files (MP3, WAV, M4A) are not accepted yet: Everpop needs the video.
What if my episode file is over 32 GB?
Re-export it at 1080p around 4 Mbps, or at 720p — a two-hour episode at 1080p and 4 Mbps comes in under 32 GB — or trim it to the part you want. One file up to 32 GB on Pro is one video.
Do I have to edit anything?
Not necessarily. Clips arrive as drafts with vertical framing and captions when enabled and available. Review the opening and title before you tap publish, or turn on hands-free auto-posting on Pro.
How are two or three people framed?
If your export is an edited multicam, each shot longer than a second or two is framed on the person it holds, up to eight shots per clip; in a faster-cut clip, some shots keep the framing of the shot before. On a single wide camera, Everpop holds the frame on one person — usually the most prominent face — and doesn't yet follow who is talking. For those clips, upload your multicam edit, or, on any plan, re-render them in the editor with Framing set to “Keep the whole picture”.
Which platforms can it publish to?
YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and Facebook Reels publish directly through the official APIs. TikTok receives a ready-to-post draft in your inbox; going public stays your tap.
Can I clip a Riverside, StreamYard or Zoom recording?
Yes, as a file. Export the recording as a video from Riverside, StreamYard or Zoom, then upload it or drop it in your linked Drive folder — MP4, MOV, WEBM, MKV or M4V, up to 32 GB on Pro. Everpop has no direct integration with those tools, and it needs the video: an audio-only export is not accepted.
Can I paste the YouTube link of my episode instead of uploading?
No — by design. Everpop never downloads your videos from YouTube, so it works from the file you upload, a Drive folder you link, or the API.
