Everpop is operated by Very - Fast Ltd. (Вери - Фаст ЕООД), an EOOD registered in Bulgaria under EIK 206337186. If you would like us to delete your account and the data we hold about you, you have three options below. Deleting your account removes your profile, your content, your access, and your promotion counters, along with our ordinary logs about you — a short, specific list of records survives, and we set it out in full under What remains after deletion below.
1. Disconnect inside Everpop (fastest)
Log in to your Everpop dashboard, open Settings → Connections, and click Disconnect next to any platform you would like to revoke. We remove the connection's publishing authority and scrub its cached credentials and account identifiers within minutes. If the connection has publishing history, we retain a non-sensitive disconnected record so your historical publishing receipts continue to work.
2. Email us
Email privacy@everpop.app from the address associated with your Everpop account, with the subject "Data deletion request." We confirm receipt within one business day and complete deletion within 30 days (typically within 24 hours).
3. Revoke directly on the connected platform
You can also revoke our access at the source platform at any time:
- Facebook + Instagram: facebook.com/settings → Apps and Websites → Everpop → Remove
- TikTok: TikTok settings → Manage account → Connected apps
- Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions
Revoking on the source platform invalidates Everpop's access there. Meta also sends Everpop an automated deauthorization/deletion callback, which we normally process within 24 hours and no later than 30 days. For TikTok or Google / YouTube, use the Everpop Disconnect action or email us as described above if you also want the locally stored connection data removed.
What we delete
- On an Everpop Disconnect, OAuth access and refresh tokens plus active account identifiers for that connection.
- If published-post receipts exist, a scrubbed local destination record and its per-clip publishing history remain so those receipts do not disappear.
- On a verified Meta data-deletion request, the matching Meta connection data and its associated publishing history.
- Clips already published to your channels stay on those platforms — you can remove them anytime in YouTube Studio, TikTok, or Meta Business Suite.
- Account data (email, hashed password, billing-customer reference) when you delete your entire Everpop account, subject to legal retention obligations (e.g., invoices for tax purposes).
- Your promotion and trial counters, including the free-first-video record and the trial reservation tied to your email address. We do not retain an email-derived post-deletion promotion-eligibility record.
What remains after deletion
A few records are not ours alone to erase, so we do not claim a blanket erasure. After your account is deleted, only the following remain:
- A storage-deletion manifest — a technical record proving your media files were erased. It names the storage objects removed, not your content.
- Portions of records belonging to other users — for example, publishing receipts and workspace history owned by another account that reference a past shared interaction. Our references to you in those records are removed where they are ours to remove.
- Financial records where an applicable law requires that specific record, kept for the period that law sets and access-restricted (see the Billing & tax row in our Privacy Policy). Stripe separately retains payment and invoice data under its own obligations.
- Records under a specific legal-claim hold — those necessary for an actual, threatened, or reasonably anticipated claim — kept until the matter closes.
- Non-reversible identity fences for our payment and platform-callback providers, so that a message which arrives after your deletion is recognised as belonging to an erased account and discarded rather than recreating it. These cannot be reversed back to your email, customer id, or account.
- Platform data-deletion request records, kept to evidence our compliance; the link between such a request and your former account is removed.
Deleting your account also removes the data our promotion and trial eligibility checks read, including any connected-channel history — so a connected channel is not blocked by a deleted account. If you believe an eligibility check is wrong, email support@everpop.app and we will review it.
Meta Data Deletion Callback
Per Meta's Platform Terms, removing Everpop from your Facebook Apps and Websites page will additionally trigger our data deletion callback at https://everpop.app/api/meta/data-deletion, which begins the cleanup automatically.
