›What counts as a video?
Each new clip run Everpop starts from a source file uses one monthly video allowance. Failed-render retries never use another allowance. In the editor, the first 3 re-renders of a clip are free — after that, each re-render uses one. Deliberately starting another clip run from the same source uses one too.
›What are receipts?
Aggregate measured performance for eligible YouTube Shorts published through Everpop — views, average view percentage, subscribers gained — captured at 48 hours and 7 days from the YouTube Analytics API. A receipt may show a separately signed pre-publish prediction; the measured metrics are not separately signed.
›What is the learning loop?
Everpop compares what it predicted about each clip with how the clip actually performed on your channel, and uses that to pick better moments next time. Once your channel has enough published clips with measured results, the picker keeps learning from your real numbers. Every plan shows the prediction beside each draft and grades it against the receipt; the picker uses your channel's measured history once it has enough, and on Pro and Scale Autopilot can act on it.
›Do you post to other people's channels?
No. Everpop publishes only to the channels and pages you connect and own, via the official YouTube, Meta and TikTok APIs. Footage from a channel you don't own can only be imported after you confirm you hold the rights (Terms §5). Brand-safe by design.
›What happens if I cancel?
Clipping stops at the end of the billing period. You keep access to your dashboard, clips, and all receipts. Reconnect anytime.
›Is there a free way to try it?
Yes — your first video is free — up to 3 clips, no card at all. New customers also get a 14-day free trial on paid plans (card required, nothing charged before day 14, cancel from Billing after a short confirmation; one free trial per account — email-alias and connected-channel eligibility checks apply, and we check eligibility before requesting card details).
