Email a person
Email support@everpop.app. A person reads every message; write in English or Bulgarian. Replying to any email from Everpop reaches the same inbox.
Report a problem from your Studio
When something goes wrong in your Studio, press Report a problem — in the sidebar, the account menu, a failed render or upload card, or "Ask support about this post" on a post that didn't go out. It sends us this tab's recent errors and the pages you visited, your browser details and your account email, so we can see what happened. You get a reference you can quote.
