Everpop

Sponsors · YouTube Shorts · receipts

Show sponsors how your Shorts performed with a link the sponsor can open.

Start with YouTube Studio: export your analytics, or give the sponsor read-only access to your channel.

Everpop adds a per-Short receipt link that needs no channel access, with views, average view percentage, subscribers gained and likes from the YouTube Analytics API at 48 hours and 7 days for each eligible Short Everpop published.

What YouTube gives you, and what a sponsor can open.

YouTube Studio's Analytics tab is the creator's own record of how a Short did. YouTube Help's “Get started with YouTube Analytics” page says Advanced Mode lets you “view an expanded analytics report where you can get specific data, compare performance, and export data” (read on 2026-10-09). An export or a screenshot reaches the sponsor as a file you made. Studio's channel permissions can also give a sponsor read-only access by email (YouTube Help lists a Viewer (limited) role without revenue data), but that opens your whole channel.

An Everpop receipt is the per-clip option: a link to numbers Everpop read from the YouTube Analytics API for one Short it published to your connected channel. It needs no access to your channel, you do not type the numbers, and you cannot edit them.

What the receipt shows

The platform's numbers, at two fixed points.

48 hours and 7 days

For each eligible YouTube Short: views, average view percentage, subscribers gained and likes, from the YouTube Analytics API — never a number you typed.

Every clip you include, as measured

Each receipt shows what the YouTube Analytics API returned for that Short at 48 hours and 7 days, good or bad. You choose which receipts and campaign posts to share, so tell the sponsor whether the set is complete.

No account to open it

A receipt is a token-protected link nobody can guess. Anyone who has the link can open it, and it does not expire, so share it like any document link: only with people you would show these numbers to.

Receipts, not promises

A record of what happened — never a forecast.

Eligible YouTube Shorts come back with 48-hour and 7-day numbers from the YouTube Analytics API — views, average view percentage, subscribers gained — and, once your channel has measured history, the prediction Everpop recorded before publishing. A receipt says what one Short did, as YouTube Analytics reported it; it cannot show that every view came from a real viewer. It says nothing about what the sponsor's campaign will do, and nothing on it should be pitched that way.

One campaign, one report

For a paid campaign, send one link for the whole campaign.

Campaign Mode (Pro, $49/mo, and Scale) collects the posts you attach to a campaign into one token-protected report the sponsor can open: each eligible YouTube Short's views, average view percentage and likes from its latest measured window — 7 days once it is in, 48 hours before that. From your dashboard you can download a CSV with each clip's 48-hour and 7-day views and average view percentage to send along.

What a campaign report shows

Before you send it

Check the numbers you are about to vouch for.

Send the link, not an image

The sponsor opens the measured numbers themselves.

Say the window

48 hours and 7 days after publish — a record of those two points, not a projection.

Doubt a number? Check it first

Everpop's free checker reads a YouTube link's public view, like and comment counts and upload date, and calculates ratios from them — Everpop's own calculations, not YouTube metrics. A low ratio is not proof. It cannot see retention.

The part it does not do

Said out loud.

YouTube Shorts are what is measured

Instagram Reels and Facebook Reels publish through Everpop. TikTok gets a ready-to-post draft in your inbox, and going public on TikTok stays your tap. None of them is measured today.

Only Shorts Everpop published

A receipt exists for a Short Everpop published to your connected channel. A Short you uploaded by hand has no receipt.

Not a payment system

What a sponsor pays, and when, stays between you and the sponsor. Everpop is not affiliated with any sponsor or campaign venue.

Questions, answered

How can I prove to a sponsor how my Shorts actually performed?

Send a link the sponsor can open instead of a screenshot. YouTube Studio's Analytics tab is your own record: export it, or give the sponsor read-only access through channel permissions. An Everpop receipt is a per-Short link that needs no channel access, with views, average view percentage, subscribers gained and likes from the YouTube Analytics API at 48 hours and 7 days for each eligible Short Everpop published.

Can't I just export my YouTube Studio analytics?

You can, and it is a good start: YouTube Help says Advanced Mode lets you “view an expanded analytics report where you can get specific data, compare performance, and export data” (read on 2026-10-09). The sponsor then reads a file you made. Studio's channel permissions can also give a sponsor read-only access by email (YouTube Help lists a Viewer (limited) role without revenue data), but that opens your whole channel. A receipt link shows one Short's numbers as Everpop read them from the YouTube Analytics API, which you cannot edit.

Which numbers does an Everpop receipt show?

For each eligible YouTube Short: views, average view percentage, subscribers gained and likes, at 48 hours and 7 days after publish, from the YouTube Analytics API. Instagram and Facebook Reels publish through Everpop and TikTok gets drafts, but none of them is measured today.

Does the sponsor need an Everpop account?

No. A receipt is a token-protected link nobody can guess. Anyone who has the link can open it, and it does not expire, so share it like any document link.

Does a receipt promise the sponsor's campaign will do as well?

No. A receipt records what one Short did at two fixed points. It is not a forecast, and a pitch built on it should say so.
