Agencies · client channels · review-first · receipts
Clip every client channel from one review-first workspace.
Everpop lets an agency clip several client channels from one account. Scale covers 10 YouTube channels from $149/mo; invited managers clip from the workspace's videos, a folder per client keeps channels apart, and publishing stays review-first unless you allow it. Eligible Shorts come back with measured 48-hour and 7-day numbers for each client.
What an agency plan covers
10 client channels on one plan.
Scale starts at $149/mo: 10 YouTube channels, up to 75 videos a month and up to 15 clips from each — up to 1125 Shorts a month at full use — with per-channel receipts and reports and dedicated support. It is shaped to your slate on a quick call rather than bought at checkout.
A smaller roster fits Pro: 3 YouTube channels at $49/mo, self-serve. A Team workspace holds up to 5 invited managers today, and every plan counts source videos, never processing minutes.
Your team, your publish button
Managers do the work. You decide what goes out.
Up to 5 invited managers
Invite them by email. Managers start clips from the workspace's videos and mark clips ready; every action runs on the owner's plan and is written to an audit log that names the member.
A folder per client
Create a folder for each client and assign its connected YouTube channels to it; the team filters the workspace by folder.
Review-first by default
Clips a manager marks ready wait in your review queue. Turn on “Members may publish directly” when you trust the team, and off again at any time. Auto-post stays off until you switch it on.
Workspace publishes are confirmed
A publish started from the workspace asks for a final confirmation with the exact clip title, then goes out through the official platform APIs to the accounts connected on the owner's Everpop account.
Proof for every client
Send a link, not a screenshot.
Eligible YouTube Shorts come back with 48-hour and 7-day numbers from the YouTube Analytics API — views, average view percentage, subscribers gained — next to the prediction Everpop recorded before publishing. Each one has its own token-protected receipt link a client opens without an account, and the workspace library lists what the team published with measured views and average view percentage.
Running a pay-per-view campaign for a client? Campaign Mode (Pro and Scale) collects a campaign's posts into one token-protected report — measured views, average view percentage and likes at 48 hours and 7 days — with a CSV download.
What a campaign report showsSafe for client channels
Files in, official APIs out, nothing public without your say-so.
Everpop works from files: an upload, a linked Google Drive folder or the API. It never downloads from YouTube or any other video platform, and pasted YouTube links are refused by design. Footage that is not the account holder's own carries a rights attestation recorded at ingest; a clip whose source carries none is refused at publish time.
Publishing runs through the official YouTube, Meta and TikTok APIs, to accounts connected through each platform's own consent screen. TikTok receives a ready-to-post draft in the account's inbox; going public stays a tap in TikTok.
Agency tooling
Drive it from your own stack.
Pro and Scale include the REST API and an MCP server, so your scripts and AI agents can upload a client's file, start clips, read receipts and publish — with the account holder's confirmation.

Said out loud.
Auto-post does not ask per clip
Auto-post (Pro and Scale) is off until you switch it on. Once on, it publishes finished clips that pass its checks to the accounts you picked, with no per-clip confirmation — including clips from jobs a manager starts, because every job runs on the owner's account.
YouTube Shorts are what is measured
Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and TikTok posts publish through Everpop, but are not measured today.
One workspace per account
An account owns or joins one workspace, and a workspace holds up to 5 invited managers.
Folders hold YouTube channels
Instagram, Facebook and TikTok connections belong to the owner's account, not to a client folder.
No marketplace auto-submit
Campaign marketplaces offer no submission API, so submitting post URLs stays your step. Everpop is not affiliated with any campaign venue and takes nothing from a payout.
Questions, answered
Can I manage several client channels from one Everpop account?
Yes. Scale covers 10 YouTube channels and Pro covers 3. Connect each client's channel through Google's consent screen, then give every client a folder so your team can filter the workspace by client.
Can my editors or clients publish without my approval?
Not unless you allow it. Invited managers clip and mark clips ready; the workspace owner publishes. The owner can turn on “Members may publish directly” and turn it off again at any time, and a publish started from the workspace asks for a final confirmation with the exact clip title. If you switch on auto-post, it also covers clips from jobs a manager starts: they publish without a per-clip confirmation. A client needs no Everpop account to see results — send them the receipt link.
What does Everpop cost for an agency?
Scale starts at $149/mo, shaped to your slate on a quick call: 10 YouTube channels, up to 75 videos a month and up to 15 clips from each. Pro is $49/mo self-serve with 3 channels. Your first video is free — up to 3 clips, no card.
Is Everpop safe to use on client channels?
It works from files — an upload, a linked Google Drive folder or the API — and never downloads from YouTube or any other video platform. Publishing runs only through the official YouTube, Meta and TikTok APIs, and clips wait for your review unless you switch on auto-post. Footage that is not the account holder's own needs a rights attestation before any clip of it can publish.
How do I prove results to a client?
Send the receipt link. Each eligible YouTube Short comes back with views, average view percentage and subscribers gained from the YouTube Analytics API at 48 hours and 7 days, next to the prediction Everpop recorded before publishing. For a pay-per-view campaign, Campaign Mode builds one token-protected report with a CSV download.
How many people can I invite?
Up to 5 managers per workspace today, invited by email. Each account owns or joins one workspace, and every member action runs on the owner's plan.
