# Everpop pricing

> Everpop is an AI clipping tool that turns a creator's own uploaded videos into published YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and TikTok posts, never downloads from YouTube, publishes to the creator's own connected channels after their confirmation, and reports 48-hour and 7-day YouTube Analytics receipts for eligible Shorts.

Every plan's full feature list: https://everpop.app/pricing

Every plan includes AI clipping, one-tap publishing to YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels & Facebook Reels, and TikTok drafts sent to your TikTok inbox — plus 48h and 7d YouTube Analytics receipts for eligible Shorts. Connect your YouTube channel and Everpop checks it for new uploads at least daily and emails you to upload the file. Hands-free auto-posting comes with Pro.

You bring your own video file, not a YouTube link: upload it, drop it in a Google Drive folder you link (paid plans), or send it through the API (Pro and Scale). Everpop never downloads your videos from YouTube.

Cancel any time. Everything you made stays yours — every Short, receipt and share link, downloadable whenever you like. Cutting new Shorts is the one thing that needs a plan.

## Videos, not credits.

What a 40-minute upload costs:
- Everpop: The same as any video — plans count videos, never minutes
- OpusClip: ≈40 credits — most of the 60-credit free month

## Questions, answered

### What counts as a video?

Each new clip run Everpop starts from a source file uses one monthly video allowance. Failed-render retries never use another allowance. In the editor, the first 3 re-renders of a clip are free — after that, each re-render uses one. Deliberately starting another clip run from the same source uses one too.

### How are channels and accounts counted?

YouTube channels count only toward your plan's channel limit — 1 on Starter, 3 on Pro, 10 on Scale. Instagram, Facebook and TikTok count separately: every paid plan connects 1 Instagram account, 1 Facebook Page and 1 TikTok account, however many YouTube channels you use.

### Do I upload a file or paste a link?

You upload your own video file — MP4, MOV, WEBM, MKV or M4V, up to 32 GB per file on Pro (4 GB on Free, 8 GB on Starter); audio-only files aren't accepted. On a paid plan you can also drop files in a Google Drive folder you link, and Pro and Scale can send them through the API. Everpop never downloads your videos from YouTube, so it can't clip from a pasted YouTube link — only from your own file. Connect your YouTube channel and Everpop checks it for new uploads at least daily and emails you to upload the file.

### What happens when I reach my monthly limit?

You can't start new clip runs — or editor re-renders past a clip's first 3 free ones — until your allowance resets on your monthly billing day; annual plans reset every month too. Unused videos don't roll over. Nothing you've already made is affected: your Shorts, receipts and share links stay exactly as they are. Need more sooner? On Starter or Pro, you can upgrade to a plan with a higher limit.

### Monthly or annual — what's the difference?

Same plan, same monthly allowance — only how you pay changes. Annual is billed once a year, up front, and costs less: Starter is $86 a year instead of $108 on monthly billing (you save $22), and Pro is $470 a year instead of $588 (you save $118). Either way, your plan renews automatically until you cancel.

### What are receipts?

Aggregate measured performance for eligible YouTube Shorts published through Everpop — views, average view percentage, subscribers gained — captured at 48 hours and 7 days from the YouTube Analytics API. Predictions are signed before publish; measured numbers come straight from YouTube Analytics.

### What is the learning loop?

Everpop measures every eligible YouTube Short you publish through it at 48 hours and 7 days. On Pro and Scale, your Weekly Pop brings back the moments those receipts proved. Once your channel has 8 measured clips, Everpop also predicts how each new clip will rank on your channel and grades itself against the real numbers. The picker that chooses moments inside each new video doesn't use your numbers yet.

### Do you post to other people's channels?

No. Everpop publishes only to the channels and pages you connect and own, via the official YouTube, Meta and TikTok APIs. Footage from a channel you don't own can only be imported after you confirm you hold the rights (Terms §5). Brand-safe by design.

### What happens if I cancel?

Everything you made stays yours. You keep your login, every Short, every receipt and every share link, and you can download your Shorts any time — nothing to install, nothing to maintain. Cutting new Shorts is the one thing that needs a plan; resubscribe whenever you like and it picks up where you left off.

### Is there a free way to try it?

Yes — your first video is free — up to 3 clips, no card at all — and you can post one of them to YouTube and get its 48-hour receipt. New customers also get a 14-day free trial on paid plans (no card needed — add one before day 14 to keep going, otherwise the trial simply ends and nothing is charged; cancel from Billing after a short confirmation; one free trial per account — email-alias and connected-channel eligibility checks apply, and we check eligibility before the trial starts and before requesting card details). During the trial you approve each post; on Pro and Scale, hands-free posting can start when your paid plan does. We schedule reminder emails around four days before and again at least a day before the trial ends. Your exact trial end date and billing status stay visible in Billing.
